tony hardware 0 Posted November 9, 2006 Obviously women are far more subject to emotion. Men are a little stupid sometimes. Do you think men and women are equal in their abilities to lead in both government and corporate administration?

Do you think men and women are equal in their abilities to lead in both government and corporate administration? I think castrated eunuchs like George W. Bush and D*ck Cheney are best suited to lead. cmh6476 1,025 Posted November 9, 2006 probably stems from ancient times when the men wuld have to go out and fight to protect their territory. So I'll be a chauvinist and say men
wiffleball 4,790 Posted November 9, 2006 Realistically, if you talk to most men AND most women, they'll tell you that they'd rather work in an office full of guys than women. To me, that's pretty compelling evidence of who'd you'd want leading an organization. Now, some chowderhead is going to chime in on this thread and say "that's not ALWAYS the case ". Well, no shiit. There are some very competent professional wimmen and some emotional, flighty, insecure men. But in a thread like this, you have to rely on generalization and in general, I think people would prefer to work with and for a man than a woman.

The one isolated example to prove an entire point! Mrs. H works for a woman is who blatantly preferrential to men and blatantly hires people from her alma mater, and then is blatantly preferential to them, so if you're a woman from her alma mater, you're doing pretty well. She's probably the weakest leader I've ever encountered and avoids all conflict. Very passive-aggressive. Not a good quality for a leader. I'm not saying a man could do her job better (but I know that I could).

Ignignokt 0 Posted November 9, 2006 This should result in an open, honest, and mature exchange of thoughts and ideas. I wouldn't even ever work for a woman. Like a woman would ever hire you.

stop talking cheerleader 0 Posted November 9, 2006 Although I'm all about equality and think I can do A LOT of things a man can or cannot do....every woman I've ever worked for was flighty, emotional, drama filled and never got the job done. Sure I've had d!ckhead, cauky b!tchy men as my boss too....although they got the job done adn their employees tended to be more happy with the outcome. Some people just get things done with less talking then others, thats all I'm saying.

But in a thread like this, you have to rely on generalization and in general, I think people would prefer to work with and for a man than a woman. Generally men when I think about having to be under extreme pressures. I've never had any boss though, so I don't have any experience with workplace leadership and can't compare. For the guys who say they would never work for a woman, is that because you don't want to take your chances and find out if she's an exception, or you don't think women should ever lead period? mobb_deep 920 Posted November 9, 2006 Who really knows I guess. I can however say that men have been screwing it up for years so maybe it's time we let a woman give it a shot. They couldn't do any worse that's forsure.

De Novo 0 Posted November 9, 2006 Women are far better suited to lead. We are far better able to make the hard decisions and to stand by them then men are. What a bunch of BS. Many women struggle with deciding what to wear, how to get their hair cut, what color to paint the bedroom, does this dress make me look fat? No freaking way you're generally better able to make hard decisions. I will add, though, that the women I've worked with are verrrrrrry good at their job, but so are the men. Wrong. I have never had a female boss sexually harass me. Men always do. What industry do you work in? What job do you perform?
Toro 1 Posted November 9, 2006 Wrong. I have never had a female boss sexually harass me. Men always do. It's hard for them to sexually harass you when you are sucking their cack behind the dumpster at lunch on your first day, you ###### hoover.
PackerAttacker 0 Posted November 9, 2006 As far as the leader of the US goes.... if you think other countries dont repect us now.... imagine if we had a woman as our President. We would be a joke. That said, I think woman are perfectly capable of leading. Some stink, some are too emotional, some have no leadership skills.... but some are good. Just like some men are terrible leaders as well. Yes, we all know that Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, and Indira Ghandi got absolutely no respect on the international stage... Hell, even Pakistan was once once had a female Prime Minister, although her terms ended in a coup and a corruption scandal...
