She was considered a sex symbol at the time, and since Burt Reynolds was the premier sex symbol of the day, they couldn't do any better than Sally for his leading lady?

I mean, she's a great, great actress - was, is and will be...but hot? :dunno:

she's definatly "hittable" in the bikini pic. No question - she was a tight little package. I'd tap that ass all day.

But not what I think of when I think of "hot" - she was cute. But Farrah was on my wall. :ninja:

Also, that TA 6.6 was killer.

I agree....bad ass. 400 hp air induction posi in a big block for a car that weighed about 2400 lbs. 4 spd, too - you can jump on that focker and probably light 'em up in 3 gears.

I thought she was very cute back then. Funny, Stewie Griffin was walking down the street when Burt and Sally pulled up next to him and Stewie made some kinda "Good luck with that ummmm...hot(?) Sally Field" comment, while rolling his eyes. Funny shiat!

She was pretty hot in that one actually. They should have put her in more skimpy clothing, but I am sure she would have declined. She had a VERY short MILF stage. :D

I am absolutely not voting in this thread and I'll tell you why. In Sally Field's commercials for Boniva she looks exactly like my mother. And since my mom is in the medical profession, osteoporosis patients will tell her that they see her commercials on TV. Others will actually call her Sally.

Truth be told, I think my mom was prettier at Sally's Smokey & The Bandit stage.

THAT'S why I'm NOT voting!

Dude, I banged your mom, and Sally Field was much hotter - but your mom swallowed, so bonus points for that.
