translation: The Four Corners has no true historical, geographical, or geological distinction. It has been named only because it serves as an obscure answer to an unimportant trivia question. Back when they taught "School" in school, there was no reason to mention this unimportant factoid at all. However, since residences of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona feel that they need equal representation in our history and geography books, they have demanded the The Four Corners be mentioned with the likes of The Liberty Bell, The Boston Tea Party, The Statue Of Liberty, The Grand Canyon, and the Mississippi River. Thus, the MLB all-star philosophy is being applied to our children... someone MUST represent every team whether it's justified or not.

Um, the Grand Canyon is in AZ, so we are already represented.

Did you get that one wrong too? :dunno:
