TheNewGirl 1,046 Posted June 4, 2007 Oh. I thought that this was going to be in reference to your "Having a child is less than birth control" bullsh!t thread. That thread was the dumbest thing I have EVAH read on here, and that's saying a lot.

Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted June 4, 2007 not counting outside factors, its cheaper to have a kid than be on birth control. how hard is it? Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was your evening? Face it, toofy, you were wrong.
cmh6476 767 Posted June 4, 2007 Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was your evening? Face it, toofy, you were wrong. being on birth control $30/ month x 12 months = $360 no birth control and having a kid once a year delivery cost = $100 i see about a $260 difference

I know that you think that you can have a birthday party every week and it will cover the clothes , but there is more to it than just that. I bet that you spent more on odds and ends (diaper Genie, laundry, water, heat, etc.) than you "saved" on your birth control. That also does not take into account that many people have their birth control covered by health insurance.

Diaper genie was a gift as were the diapers for prolly the first 6 months. We still have shampoo and baby soap and lotion from our first baby from gifts and showers. Crib was given to us, changing table was a gift. Laundry, now you got me there. But I bet these people trying to plan a bidget around a baby have no idea how much of the stuff they will actually have given to them. Especially the ones with trust funds already setup because they have rich families
