Patterson makes 6 in 18 days, or 1 every 3 days.

At this rate, we'll be in the 25 range by draft weekend.

Well, I don't know if you can do that kind of extrapolation. I think that you are seeing all of this because there is no drug testing yet for next season and marijuana only stays in your system 60 days (or whatever it is). Once we get to the point where camps are within that time period, things will slow down. :first:

EVESHAM, N.J. (AP) -- Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson has been charged with marijuana possession after a police officer found a small amount of the drug in his car after a minor accident.

:first: Absolutely focking amazing. And tonight is Saturday night. Somebody will be going downtown.

We are so far ahead of last year's pace. It took until March 30th to get to number 8 last year.

I'll be curious to see how the boys do in years to come. Do you think each year there will be an increase in arrests? We'll find out, that's for sure

With Andrews and Faulk being busted for marijuana, the team is going to change its name to the Potriots for the upcoming season. That may also help them re-sign Randy Moss.

This was last years rap sheet of 20 + trouble makers

http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...265419&st=0

Let's do it again this year. How many players get arrested this offseason?

#1 - Willie Andrew DB NE - - pot possession and driving an unregistered car

#2 - Roscoe Parrish WR/PR BUF - DUI

#3 - Jerome Mathis WR/KR TEX - choked his pregnant girlfriend :dunno:

#4 - Andre Hall RB DEN - - driving with a bad drivers license

#5 - Fabian Washington CB OAK - Domestic Battery

#6 - Mike Patterson DT PHI - - marijuana found in car after minor wreck

#7 - Bryant Mckinnie T MIN - - aggravated battery - street brawl - after night club

#8 - KEVIN FAULK - RB - NE - - he had 4 marijuana cigarettes at a LIL Wayne concert

It's been a couple days....

From Rotoworld:

Broncos DT Marcus Thomas was arrested early Saturday on a drug possession charge.

Impact: The drug was cocaine. Thomas was a top-15 talent last year, but fell all the way to the fourth round because of his checkered off-field history. We doubt he'll face a suspension, but it's a bad sign he's still making poor decisions. A lie detector test from Mike Shanahan may be forthcoming.

Dude was a risky pick in the first place. He already got suspended from Florida (virtually impossible to do) for violating substance abuse rules there. 4th round pick, but still, I have a feeling we'll hear from him again.

Unfortunately, here is another to add to the list . . .

James Harrison Arrested

Blech. Geesh, he's a knucklehead . . . assuming it's true, of course.

I guess his girlfriend and Steve McNair have something in common now. These guys need to learn to leave it on the field.

I didn't Know Harrison was 29, I thought he was younger.

If it was the 50's a lot of these guys would be ok, back when you could smack a dame around with an open hand for giving you lip or not fetching your slippers fast enough. Of course they're all black, so the 50's would suck in that respect.

I wish it was the 50's though...

"Dwayne Jarrett-WR- Panthers Mar. 11 - 11:05 am et

Panthers WR Dwayne Jarrett was arrested Tuesday in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina for driving while impaired.

This can't help his chances of being counted on for a major a role in Carolina's offense. Jarrett hardly saw the field as a rookie, and another off-field infraction would almost surely lead to a league-imposed suspension. This will also likely place Jarrett in the league's substance abuse program.

"

Now this is news!!!

Everytime I post and say I have a new favorite.

I still end up getting a new favorite.

"HOUSTON -- Houston Texans wide receiver Jacoby Jones was arrested overnight and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said Sunday.

Police said they stopped Jones at about 2 a.m. Sunday. He posted a $500 bond and was released, officials said.

The Texans said they're still gathering information about the arrest, and they said they're not yet ready to comment"

Not an arrest, but:

http://www.titansradio.com/cgi-bin/blurb_v...lurb=news620010

Police issued three citations to Titans running back LenDale White Saturday morning in Denver.

White has been cited for destruction of property, disobedience to a lawul order and interference and resisting a police officer.

The citation was issued to the Denver native after an incident between Champa Street and Stout Street.

No other information was made available Sunday evening.

Why is this one good?

Its something that these guys should be avoiding, and that they have the money to easily avoid.

Even I as a steeler fan admit beating women is much more of a serious crime than driving drunk.

Oh, it is. This new one is just more of sentimental value for me because I just traded him a couple weeks ago. :first:

#13 last year was May 20th.

13 in 48 days, so 1 every 3.7 days. Now we're on pace to hit 25 the week after draft weekend.

Can we count this one?

http://sports.aol.com/fanhouse/2008/03/31/...ted-to-urinate/

Former New England Patriots offensive lineman Kenyatta Jones, who is now an Arena Football player, was arrested early Monday morning and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, obstruction and trespassing, the St. Petersburg Times reports (via SBB). And what exactly did Jones do?

Tampa police spokeswoman Janelle McGregor answers: "Jones was standing on the dance floor at the Blue Martini nightclub when he attempted to urinate on the dance floor."

No way. Former players don't count. Otherwise, Mike will have to get more hamsters to cover the added space of this thread.

Bummer

How about this?

Wide receiver Chris Henry was ticketed for driving with expired Kentucky license plates. He appeared in Hamilton County Municipal Court and paid $149, according to court records.

Weak I know, but no one has been busted in like 2 weeks.
