3. It could be a disaster. Some of the guys who left here because they hated the place or thought it was under-moderated, may come back just to hijack the entire day and be total dooshbags. It could just turn into a flame-war, with some of the old-timers pounding their chests blaming the board's demise on the new guys.

 

5. It could start well and end up taxing the server and cause a board crash. Talk about anti-climatic.
