Me and my brothers are all veterans, and we moaned for a while at the inaccuracies.. Then we realized, ITS A GAME.. Yeah, if you camped like that in real life, you'd be screwed. Yeah if you jumped when someone shot at you, you'd be screwed. If you ran up on a guy just to stab him, you're toast.

As far as the camping is concerned, when one is a sniper, (in real life) aren't you supposed to camp?

Hmmmm...The first 4 FPS's that I remember are Wolfenstien, Duke Nukem, Doom and Quake.

Not a whole lot of teamwork in those, sir

 

We used to ride horseback from point a to b, now we have cars and planes.

 

Technology has advanced to allow more realistic gameplay. Part of that is playing cooperatively with other members of a team. If you want to play a FPS war simulation like some sort of mercenary that's fine... it's still a newbie way to lvl up and increase k/d.

 

I have a lvl 45 buddy with a .85 kd, who plays nothing but FFA when I'm not around. He's constantly bragging about how much better he is, because he's a 45/.85 and I'm a lvl 42/.7 KD. Meanwhile, every single time we play TDM he gets a 5/15 and I go 13/10-11ish. Hell, I don't think he's EVER even killed me playing TDM.

 

ETA: You're pretty good though! I'm sure you would school me one on one.

missle shot straight up and then came down, i have seen it before, I didnt know it killed you. That game was crazy fast, we had a level 14er on our team though.

 

Chopper gunners never get me, I use scavenger pro, cold blooded pro and ninja pro.

 

I have shot down 65+ killstreak rewards, I shot 2 down in that game. I get a nice bonus when I get to 100

Not a huge fan of AK-47 recoil is HUGE, but I will use it until I master it, it will probably bring my k/d ratio down, along with trying to get 250 kills with scramabler that perk is stupid (besides the pro of delaying claymore).

 

Had maybe one of my most impressive matches last night started 6 v 6 (their 6 had all prestiged once) in TDM. 4 possays on my team quit cause they got shot too many times and it only left me and some level 30ish dood. Amazingly the focking game didnt bring anyone else in for our team almost the whole time (someone came in with a minute left) which I think is focked up because I always get thrown in those bullsh1t matches. Anyways still lost the match by 600 or so but ended 29-10 for the match. Focking hard to do when it was alomst 6 v 1

 

I don't mind being out numbered. Think about it. You have 6 targets, they only have 2. On WaW, i was outnumbered 7-2 (which was especially weird since HTDM is only 6v6) and ended up winning. It was on that level with the steps on both ends with the bunkers in the middle. Even though we weren't mic'd up we ended up just campin out by the steps on the side with the underground bunker. We actually won the game. Obviously, we didn't get 750 points, but when the time expired we had won.

 

If the other team was a clan i'm sure they would've coordinated better and did us in pretty bad. But since they were just all doing their own thing we did pretty well.

yeah I guess if you are playing morons and they keep coming at you one by one and getting picked off while you are camping that would be the case. I don't think that would be typical though.

So after Sux challenged(ragged) on me about using bling and never being able to get a Nuke I made it my mission to get one. And it was an EPIC FAIL. I coudn't get a kill streak over 9 in about 5 days.

 

Yesterday I give up and put my kill streaks back to normal. 2nd game I play on Subbase I start the game 29-0. Got so many kills, so fast, that I ended up using my killstreaks backwards. AC130, Attack Copter, Predator(got me only 1). I would of had it.

I played the ghayest of all campers yesterday it seemes like in 4 or 5 matches in a row. It's on thing to hang out in a room or on top of a building and pick people off across the map or whatever. But these focking tards would camp and have their guns points right ate the stairs leading up.

 

I was playing in rundown and had my heartbeat sensor so I knew some guy was in a building. The focking loser could have shot our whole team as we were around there and he could have picked us all off. Instead he is staring at the door in which he also planted a claymore and waiting for people to show up.

Anyone picking up MAG next week? 250 players in battle at once. Supposedly this is going to be the SONY exclusive rival to the Modern Warfare franchise. Rumor has it that MW3 is going to be Xbox exclusive. SONY is going to invest a lot into MAG in preparation for Infinity Ward doing this. I'm going to pick it up and try it out. Hopefully this is going to be better than MW2 but it's not getting much review yet.

Airstrike 6 kills has to be the worst of all kill streaks. But would be nice with harrier, but on those maps it's hard to get those killstreaks anyways.
