I saw this game at my neighbors house a few days ago. He had surround sound set up in the living room while this game was going - WOW

 

I must admit, I'm not into these type of games....but if I were.....Modern Warfare would be near the top of the list.

Which one of you focktards actually puts on your camo at home b4 playing

 

I have a pretty sweet set up.

 

52 inch hd tv,. surround sound, I don't need a headset to hear footsteps, but when I wear my bluetooth headphones it makes it harder.

 

I saw a 60 inch for 2,500 I might be getting soon.

I play mostly FFA now, so that's impossible to top.

Swirve and I were playing the other day, we had our mics on, I said "yeah, I got the game winning kill" some 11 year old kid called me a "stupid face" We started cracking up.

Some of the things you hear from little kids when playing that game are hysterical. Though it's really disturbing some of the thigns I hear "adults" say to these kids.

I just try and find a room with 2 doors and a few windows and I set my claymores at the doors and I pick people off from the windows. I do get a lot of kills from claymores as well. I am 1 level away from next killstreak, I think I'll go with chopper gunner, EMP or emergency airdrop

On Xbox there is an option to set up a private game. So you could do that and just invite friends, or 1 friend and stat boost.

Just have a friend online, you two agree to boost, one of you goes to a cage match, invites the other person, and if someone else pops up before they do, just leave. That's how most people get the fall camo and stuff, unless they aren't prestiging anymore.

since day 1, I have used the scar h 99% of the time, I used to play a lot of S&D, which I didn't realize was a pisspoor way of doing things. Good exp, but bad for everything else. Now that I play mostly FFA, I get a few headshots per match.

Basically same thing with me and the Scar, it was my go-to-gun in everything. Pretty much was the only thing I used on 80% of the boards for a long time. Maybe in the last month I've been experimenting with the other assault rifles though after some posts by Swirven. Since then I've gotten everything cept extended magazines for the M4(?) and the ACR. Haven't really got into the burst guns much, might give them a whirl though.

 

I do quite a bit of sniping though. Upthread, Swirven and I were talking about it(maybe 2 weeks ago), when he had around a 200 or so shots with his .50 cal I was at 750, I checked last night and I'm at 990(few away from DONE). Can't believe how much I use that .50 cal...

the apache (7 killstreak) I had for a long time then switched to harrier. The harrier seems to get at leeast 2-3 the majority of the time. The bombs hardly ever get anyone tho

I've taken down a pavelow with one Stinger, BUT it has to be coming directly at you to do it. Otherwise the missle gets messed up by the flares, just like the AC-130(I've never managed to bring one of those down).

The helicopter is equipped with one set of flares, which will distract any locked-on missile. After the flares are spent, your missile can track it directly. If a missile strikes the Pavelow while turning to follow the flares, it will still destroy the aircraft just as if it had scored a direct hit. An interesting tactic with the Stinger missile: if there is a Pave Low and a Harrier in the map, you should need 3 missiles. However, if you target the Harrier then wait for the Pave Low to inevtiably pass close to the Harrier, then fire. The missile will destroy the Harrier and the explosion will also take out the Pave Low, totally bypassing its countermeasures.

I did this the other day-cept with 2 harriers. Blew up both of them with one shot...I was all WTF when it first happened.
