why wont obama show his birth certificate

Recommended Posts

You're such a smug, arrogant jack@ss that you even hate democracy. The funniest thing is that you are intellectually bankrupt. This entire thread is living proof of that. And yet you go around acting like if everyone would just realize how right you are all the world's problems would be solved!

You, Newbie and Jackaroot all come to a baseless conclusion. Saying that the least qualified to judge elections - the last 10% of rudderless idiots - has nothing to do with whether I love "democracy". It has to do with the fact that the so-called "swing" vote is the least informed and the most easily swayed. This is well known:

The author states that the money raised for election campaigns is not spent on the incumbents but on swing vote districts which account for 10% of all districts and these campaigns are targeted to the 15% of the people in those districts who are considered "swing" votes and are categorized by marketing researchers as "by definition are those least informed and interested in politics. You motive these people with fear, or 30-second sound bytes that are simplified to make someone who is not interested or not informed take action. If you can't tell them in eight words or less, you're probably going to lose." This is where media conglomerates make a killing. Commercial spots usually running for $500 have gone at bid to $50,000 in an election year. And this may be why media conglomerates play their own part in perpetuating this electoral process. The effect of the swing votes explains why the politicians change their stance on issues depending on how far along they are in the campaign.

http://www.ufppc.org/book-notes-mainmenu-36/103-routledge-press-2002-hardcover.html

Of course, it's well-known among people who know things.

Swing voters are by-and-large massive irresponsible idiots. That there are exceptions to this rule doesn't change a thing: there are exceptions to most rules.

This has nothing to do with democracy. BTW: I far prefer a Representative Republic. We do not live in a Democracy. You'd do well to understand the difference.

Now let's see how intellectually bankrupt you continue to be. I'll judge that by whether you're willing to cede this most obvious point - and since Jackaroot favors points which would hit him in the ass, I direct this his way as well.

There is nothing preventing Obama from getting a copy of his long form and releasing it. That would end all this, which would be the right thing to do.

However, Obama thinks he can use this to his political advantage. And we know whenever he has a choice between what's right and what's politically advantagious, he always goes with the latter.

Whoa lookie here everyone, Mensa is droppin' some of that there fancy learnin' on us folk who are too stupid to vote. Newsflash: everyone refers to our system of government as a democracy because TRUE democracy does not and could not exist on a large scale. But good job being asinine, as usual.

Bottom line is, you and your ilk vote Republican, no matter what. And there are plenty on the other side who vote Democtrat, no matter what. All of you cancel each other out and are irrelevant in the election. Not sure why you even follow the campaigning once the GOP candidate is selected. It makes no difference.

So?

But to those of us who atren't brainwashed that it's good guys vs. bad guys, the debates matter. The issues matter. And, as it should be, we're the ones determining the President every four years.

Issues matter, do they? What issues mattered to you about Obama, considering that now he's broken most every promise he's made?

The hardline lefties were too dumb to realize that Reagan was good for the country. The hardline righties were too dumb to know Clinton was good for the country.

Clinton wasn't good for the country; Newt was good for the country. Clinton had no focking choice.

Because all they wanted was their guy to win. And, thankfully, you guys mean nothing in thre election. They're talking to me. And others who don't get their news from MSNBC or Fox News.

Since you cannot even draw correct conclusions about just who was to credit for the good which came from the Clinton Adminstration, you're making my point very well. Since you'd be hard-pressed to find common ground between the ideologies of Reagan and Clinton, you'd be additionally challenged.

The Republican debates ate going to be high comedy. Obama has disappointed his voters in so many ways, but the GOP just can't get over their birther wet dream. I can't even imagine a candidate sane enough to win the general election coming out of that primary. It's like the party wants Obama to win another term.

So when Obama won NC and VA in this most recent election, they were typical swing states? And if this small group of districts with all these uninformed, lazy, fat, dumb people in them decide all the elections, why are the "swing states" AKA states with less than a 5% differential in votes different every year? Things that make you go hmmmm.....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._swing_states

Alls I know is I live in a typical swing state, I am neither uniformed nor lazy nor dumb, and I choose to do with my vote what I want to without being held to some hard and fast rule because I believe in one party unequivocally without being able to think for myself.

Also I guess if you are in favor of this reform in our electoral process, you think Al Gore should have won in 2000 because he actually received the majority of the popular vote? Or in that case were the wishes of the American people being accounted for appropriately because it agreed with what you wanted?

The arrogance with which he spews this shiit is unbelievable.

Tom Corbett. 6 months ago.

John Edwards in the primarys back then... <- a registered independent, but not retarded enough to not recongnize the corrupt incompetent pile of donkey dung in the white house.

I'll take you off the libtard list.

I thought Palin was questioning it, too?

When they hold the first GOP debate they should have all the candidates ride onto the stage in a tiny car and file out like clowns in a circus. You know hat fuels is weak when Romney looks like the best of the bunch and he has no shot. I honestly wish they had a strong moderate candidate but eight now it looks like the cast of a realityTV show.

So our president was not only born overseas and has a pseudonym, but is also a college drop-out, closet muslim, male prostitute, drug mule, tax evader and the recipient of a forged diploma(s)? And this is surfacing 2+ years after he tricked the American public to vote him into office?

That is funny!

Palin may not be a full-on birther, but she has stated that Donald Trump may be on to something regarding Obama's birth certificate: http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/sarah-palin-appreciates-donald-trumps-birther-questions/story?id=13342475

Huckabee has explicitly repudiated the birther position, but at the same time he talks about Obama having "grown up in Kenya", which is just not true and certainly sounds like an offshoot of the birther position.

Well, he managed to trick the country especially with the spiritual leader Rev. George Wright stuff. Should have been pretty clear that he has activist roots and would be the type that would want to be a political martyr rather than compromise. He brings in guys like Van Jones, makes them czars, and has to have them be third party exposed before being forced to make them step down.

stop internalizing everything, he is making generally true blanket statements that apply over the majority.

There is a reason that politics has devolved into the soundbyte/mudslinging/trashfest that it has degenerated to. There is a reason that Judge Judy makes $25 million a year and Judge Scalia makes 250k.

I'm not internalizing anything. Mensa made a statement that is outright retarded if you look at voting history and how the recent elections have been decided. And his blanket statement is wrong. 10% of the voting population does not determine each election. It's more like 35%. And I have a general issue with general blanket statements that say that a small percentage of our population that is uneducated, uninformed and dumb decide all the elections.

If you agree with what he is saying, I'll ask you.... If the same percentage of degenerates decide each election, then how come the swing states in the elections (less than 5% vote differential) have been different every four years? Are they migrant workers? Gypsies? Carnies?

swing states importance correlate to the electoral college process, and yes they typically are states that are teetering close to deadlock. It isn't necessarily the SAME mouth-breathing, knuckledragging degenerates, its just the ones that happen to luckbox due to rigged congressional redistricting, or sheer randomness of demographics.

Sorry, changed to inductive. Clearly an activist character lubricates the slippery slope from diploma and birth certificate-forging, missile-peddling, homeless drug mule Islamic prostitute to POTUS. We really need to background check our candidates.

OK. So anyone who doesn't vote strict party line is a mouth-breathing, knuckledragging degenerate. But they're not the same every time. They change around. And maybe at some point the old ones become enlightened and move to a party, but another mouth-breathing, knuckledragging degenerate10% emerges somewhere else in the country. Or they are re-districted there, like from Minnesota to North Carolina. Or they are carnies. Got it. Makes perfect sense.

Out of curiosity, when republicans get elected are the ones that decide those elections mouth-breathing, knuckledragging degenerates? Or is this a new phenomenon that began in 2008?
