My schedule is unpredictable. Sometimes I am stuck working or on call during the weekends but if I am free I will make the 4 hour drive across the desert to meet up. I don't think I have ever planned more than 1 hour in advance for a las Vegas trip. Been there 5 times and each time it's been a spur of the moment idea with friends on a dull night or a call from a friend.
