BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 What's the weirdest thing you've peed on that you weren't supposed to pee on? My refrigerator. For about a year, reasons still unkown as to why it started and then suddenly stopped, I would wake up some nights after a tying one on and piss in the fridge. Got so bad, I would buy all my food on a nightly basis.

BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 What is the proudest achievement of your life to date? Tell us a bit about Hurricane Katrina. Did you live in NOLA at the time? Were you evacuated? If so, how long were you gone? What were things like when you returned? I know it's boring, but my daughter. She's doing really good in school. Smart, funny, loves football and girly things. She's got Ozzy in her I-Tunes because of a song she heard me play. I have lived her just about my whole life. Katrina was a b!tch. Katrina means "to cleanse" and she did that and then some. I didn't evacuate. I stayed. I have this sick fascination with storms. If it kills me, so be it. My family went to Houston and stayed for a week. The power came back on at my house and I told them it was safe to come home. I live in an area that didn't flood so we were sparred that bullet. I did have about $25 Grand in damages though. Roof, some interior damage, and a few fences. I got my office running about two and a half weeks after the storm. One of the first claims I got was to look at an NOPD officers flooded car downtown. They wouldn't let you in New Orleans at that time so I got an escort from him. It was my first look at what eight feet of water can do to entire neighborhoods. It really does look like a bomb went off. No birds flying around and everything is dead. I'll never forget the officer saying to me "This is your first time back in here?" after seeing the expression on my face when I got out of the car. I worked the next year in the hardest hit areas around and in the city. Made a lot of money and helped a lot of people. Things like Katrina change you in ways you would never expect. BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 If you had to... which family member would you kill off and why? That's easy. My brother-in-law. Because I have never met a bigger POS than him. My sister-in-law is divorcing him. They have two kids, one not even a year old. He quits his job when he hears the news, hires an attorney, and then requests she pay child support to him. She's a teacher who doesn't make sh!t and this fawk head is sitting on his ass doing nothing being supported by his mommy who hates us.

BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 Favorite classic band? Most memorable sporting event you witnessed in person? Speaking of N'awlins do you like the wood fired pizza and if so what is your favorite? The Stones. Whenever I go on a road trip, gotta have Hot Rocks. The Saints barely beating the Vikings in the NFC Championship Game in OT. I still get misty eyed. I didn't know we are known for wood fire pizza. We had a cherry tomato pizza topped with some cheese I never heard of before a few weeks ago for an appetiser. exactly how gay are you? I don't know. Can I touch your ears? BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 What do you consider to be your worst quality and your best? Worst? I have some bad habbits and I can be selfish about them. Best? I am very generous and fair with everyone I know and meet. Even people I shouldn't be. If I walk away the better person, it's all good. Is it further to New York, or by train? Do you walk to school, or carry your lunch? Depends on who's packing fudge. That should answer both.

Cruzer 1,996 Posted January 26, 2012 It's been 6 years since Katrina - depending on which political blowhard you listened to the blame fell on all kinds of people. As a one who is from there, who do you mostly blame for the catastrophe? And in the event a storm of this magnitude were to approach again, how do you think things woud be handled differently by both officials and residents? And in the event a storm of this magnitude were to approach again, how do you think things woud be handled differently by both officials and residents? I blame evryone. Including myself and the people in the region more than anyone else. We sat back for many years and trusted the politicians and civic leaders to do the right thing and when we needed them most, they failed miserably at every level. I'm going back decades to present when I say this. I blame the left and right. No one entity is totaly at fault. It was complete failure by all. I think we are ready for the next one. A lot of money has been spent on the levees and infrastructure for the next big one. We'll see what happens. I do know that every hospital and old folks home will be evacuated early. There are a lot of safeguards in place to ensure the publics safety. They are still tweaking. I think the residents will do what they do. Most will leave and some will stay. I hope it never happens again in my lifetime. I doubt the city would be able to come back.

BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 I'll be in New Orleans this spring. How far in advance will I need to make reservations at those places? That all depends. If you're coming in with a large convention or they have a large convention in town, I'd do it now. If not, a few weeks before. These are some of the best in the city. There are a bunch I haven't mentioned. My all time favorite for great food and a fun dining experience that's casual is Jacomos. It's in the uptown area near Tulane and Loyola. Go there if you get the chance. I don't think they take reservations. Best fried chicken you will EVER eat.

BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 26, 2012 Does the French Quarter still stink of urine and body odor for like a week after mardi gras? I haven't been in forever. It does now. The city had a contract with a really good waste company. They hosed the streets down and used some nice smelling soap. Had the FQ looking really good for awhile. They lost their contract last year and now it's back to the same for now. It's still not as bad as it was ten to twenty years ago.

BunnysBastatrds 2,706 Posted January 27, 2012 Would you rather go bungee jumping or sky diving? Sky diving via Truman Sparks and it's not even close. You remind me of Trumans old Lady. Check out the movie "Fandango" for that reference darlin. I had two jumps postponed because of my toxic nature. Fawk em. i read the manual and was good. We got some of those muffalettas, and they rocked CG does have a great Muff. The best I ever had though was at R&O's in Metairie near the breach in the 17th St canal. in Bucktown They do a seafood muff that rocks. Instead of ham and salami with the dressings, they do a shrimp, soft shelled crad, and fish of the day Muffaletta. If you love seafood, it's a great sandwhich.
