American Chewy 98 Posted December 5, 2012 mine is in my sig. went 10-3, winning my last 7 games. 3rd in scoring, only 23 points behind leader despite losing gronk/mccoy late. Drafted 4th in a 12 teamer, took Mccoy. Key to my season was at WR, Marshall(3.04) and Vjax(5.04) to go with Gronk(2.09) at TE. Was fortunate Freeman(10.09) blew up after Eli(4.09) tanked it midseason. RB was a mess most of the year (esp after Benson(7.04) went down early) but late season moves have me good enough at the position now (B.Brown, Moreno, Reece, Wells). it appears people who drafted high did well this year, 4 of our 1st 5 drafters made it in the playoffs. Serpent 51 Posted December 5, 2012 12 team league, top in points, 6 game win streak, most points scored, points against and only this week did I finally secure a playoff spot at 10-3. QB: Brees, RG3 RB: AP, Charles, BJGE, Mendy, Moreno WRs: Brandon Marshall, Garcon, DX, Lloyd TE: Graham K: Hanson DST: Bears Team started different, but overall I pretty much hit every single pick. Except D-Jax and Maclin, who were traded/cut very early. Denarius Moore also was traded. Probably I will lose in the first round of the playoffs.
tts42572 0 Posted December 5, 2012 14 team auction league...9-4...We start QB, 2 RB, 3 WR. QB: Brees, Ponder RB: A Morris, McFadden, Reece, B Brown, C Wells WR/TE: D Bryant, S Smith, Fitz, Harvin, Bowe, A Hernandez Def: Bears K: Tucker Big trade made early in season getting Brees and Morris for Cam & MJD....Really saved my season. Although, I also traded Ridley & T Young for McFadden & Fitz...Reviews are still out on that one....Bears defensive binge also helped a lot. Kinda feel like my team really could've exploded if McFadden did what he was supposed to do....And if Harvin didn't go down...And if Fitz didn't have pee wee level QB's.... Hoping Brees doesn't throw 5 more INT's with first week of playoffs this week

jocstrap 8 Posted December 6, 2012 $400 league - ppr league - 12 teams/owners. You get to keep one player from the previous year drafted round 3 and later. I drew the #1 overall pick as well & I kept AJ Green:) QB Rivers RB#1 Foster RB#2 Doug Martin (2.12) RB#3 or flex WR/TE Jamaal Charles (3.1) get to keep him next year:) WR #1 AJ Green - keeper from the year before WR #2 been alternating Garcon originally week #1, and since then Cobb or D. Moore. Garcon has not seen the lineup since week #1. Going to be hard to choose between him and Cobb after the ff round #1 bye. No TE mandatory in this league 11-2 most points Probably the best team I've ever had in ff. I just hope I can win week #14 and #15 when it really counts I also have Alfred Morris riding the pine. Better on my bench than an opposing teams starting linuep. I just couldn't trade the guy to upgrade my wr position which was doing just fine as well

bzengler 0 Posted December 6, 2012 14 Team Redraft - Drafted from the 3 spot (11-2) QB - Stafford, Cutler RB - B.Brown, D. Martin, McCoy, B. Wells WR - Megatron, R. White, H. Nicks, M. Austin, E. Sanders TE - Rudolph, Pitta D/ST - Cards (This changes from week to week) K - S. Graham Here is how I originally drafted 1 - McCoy 2 - White 3 - Nicks 4 - Dougie 5 - S. Ridley 6 - Vick 7 - S. Smith 8 - Schaub 9 - Benson Then blah, blah, blah I made some very timely trades and pickups. I first traded for DMC, Cutler, and M. Austin for Hixon (Nicks was injured), Schaub and Ridley. Didn't trust Ridley (more Belichick), and traded him to the biggest Pats fan in the league. Next traded Vick, Hartline, and Ballard to the biggest Colts fan in the league who was now gonna start Luck no matter what (even though they had drafted Stafford in the first, and he was down early in the year), and had just lost D. Brown to injury (I picked up Ballard as soon as this broke) for Stafford and can't remember what else. Final piece was going after Megatron after his two single digit games. The owner was in desperate shape, and needed to make a move. I traded DMC, S. Smith, and some scrub, for Megatron and a scrub. DMC gets injured the very next game, and we all know how Megatron has done since then.
