Djgb13 2,339 Posted October 2, 2013 ALMOST traded Morris for Spiller at the beginning of the season but the owner reluctantly pulled back at the last minute. Now I'm kind of glad. Still Morris hasn't been too impressive but then again so has the entire Washington offense. As for spiller I have no clue what happened to running him til he pukes. The team just isn't utilizing his talents right. He doesn't get many check downs or short pass plays. browns16-0 30 Posted October 2, 2013 I believe the Browns are allowing the 2nd lowest average yards per carry against the run. There front 7 is actually pretty nasty. I'm in a league with 2 flexes, my other options suck, and I'm still not rolling with Spiller. Right now I have Justin Blackmon in that spot...Just let's you know how far Spiller has fallen. ampheels 3 Posted October 3, 2013 in the 3 games spiller has been healthy, he had 22 and 19 touches and he had 23 before the end of the 3rd quarter of the ravens game...if he can stay healthy (been a concern his whole career) the kid is going to get opportunities, he just hasn't hit any homeruns and has put the ball on the ground at an uncharacteristic rate i know his schedule is difficult the rest of the way, but i would buy low if you can..the bills are going to give him touches Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Now, the problem is, Spiller will also go down---and that's only a matter of time as you're already seeing it. I really think each will have times when they shine (but neither will do significant damage in bunches). A great game every once in a while sure (but the split of carries when they are both in greatly decreases their value). Weird, but like frozen, I believe this trade is in your favor.
