Ruling just came down. They confirm Obama ignored the law with his NLRB recess appointments.

The issue in this case wasn't the legality of recess appointments per se, it was that the only ones that can give the Senate permission to go into recess is the House. And since that permission wasn't given, the Senate couldn't recess.

Think I heard a clarification and it was the NLRB members. They made about 1000 rulings that may be reversed....."then I heard Slapnuts McConnell made a deal with Reid to confirm them if Reid wouldn't pull out the nuclear option. Then after the vote Reid pulled out the nuclear option.

 

If true, McConnell is the biggest idiot to ever serve.

1. Congress is playing games with the recess rules to block the President. Really? Whether on vacation or in session, they are useless.

2. The President's response to things when he can't deal with changing rules is to ignore them and just do whatever he wants. Really? While I get the lame duck nature of a 2nd term, the whole "fock you" attitude is wearing thin.
