Well stuff like that is just damn stupid. Most people agree with that.

 

But I highly doubt the NFL would do this without some "probable cause" to do so. There HAS to be something. Because if there is nothing at all, the NFL comes out looking like clowns. Worse than they did when the Ray Rice video was released. They look foolish.

 

Most of the public is going on an assumption. The assumption that the NFL wouldn't be doing all this for nothing at all. That assumption may be wrong, as assumptions sometimes are, but we are none-the-less.

I for one, am about 2.9 % sure the Patriots were tampering with John Kasay's kicking balls in the 2003 Superbowl. I mean the guy was money and he booted the kickoff out of bounds, resulting in a flag, giving the Pats great feild position with little time on the clock. I don't recall John Kasay ever kicking a kick off out of bounds before. That football may have been tainted and tampered with.

I even went as far as to say suspended from the Superbowl. Since the investigation will not conclude by then that can't happen.

Actually the "benefit" is for the 2nd half of the game. If I recall correctly, it is not illegal to tape signals in of itself, it is illegal to have access to that recording during the game. So what you need to do is look at the Super Bowls and see if the Patriots allowed more or less points in the 2nd half:
