RaiderHaters Revenge 4,456 Posted January 6, 2016 Game of Thrones If it weren't for GoT, I wouldn't bother to have cable television at all. cancel cable and just get HBO go, or a amazon stick and buy the seasons, or learn how to crack it and watch for free. No point paying for cable for only 1 show nowadays
southcarolina 166 Posted January 6, 2016 Didn't know they were books. Got it recorded though and will end up watching it There are actually like 25 of them. The show is apparently based on book #2 of the original Shannara trilogy. After that series, Brooks wrote another Shannara series, the four book Heritage of Shannara and a one book preguel to the Original Trilogy, called The First King of Shannara. He then seemed to put Shannara away and wrote a trilogy based in modern times, The Word and the Void. I dont think those books were received as well as his Shannara books were, and knowing which side his bread was buttered on, Brooks returned to writing Shannara books with two trilogies that took place after Heritage, The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara and High Druid of Shannara. Then just to f0ck with people, he went back and wrote The Genesis of Shannara trilogy and the two book Legends of Shannara which connected the happenings in the Word and the Void to the First King prequel and the Original Trilogy. And then most recently he wrote the Dark Legacy of Shannara which takes place at the very end. And there are apparently more coming. Jeesus im a nerd. I read all these books in the order they were written, and ive always thought it might be neat to go back and read them in chronological order, but i just dont know if thats something i want to commit to. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shannara#Chronological_list_of_novels

vuduchile 1,945 Posted January 6, 2016 Downtown Abbey's final season started Sunday. The whole series is an interesting peak into the lifestyle of early 20th century British Nobility and the working class that served them. They lived such a regimented life, it's hard to fathom how they did it. Take a hit of estrogen, grow some t!ts and binge watch the first coupe of seasons. IGotWorms 4,060 Posted January 6, 2016 I just finished watching all 5 seasons of GOT. I recommend it Oh good. I wasn't sure where I stood on the show until your approval
vuduchile 1,945 Posted January 6, 2016 All the nurses are addicted to that show. Is it really that good? What show would you compare it to? Nothing to compare it to really. It's sort of a historical drama about the changes happening to England's Aristocracy immediately before, during and after World War I. Chicks like it because of the high fashions, and love stories. I like it because both the Noblemen and their servants display a level of sophistication, manners, and class that no longer exists. <burp>, <booger flick>

IGotWorms 4,060 Posted January 7, 2016 Making of a murderer was geat. Be sure to goigle the facts that netflix left out aftr I'm only three episodes in but I am super confused as to how people think he didn't do it? I mean the dead chick saw him that day, everyone agrees on that point. That is one hell of a focking coincidence that she ends up dead and then supposedly they decide to go ahead and plant evidence at his house? I mean, really, for this to have been a setup you pretty much have to believe that the cops killed his lady themselves just so they'd have a victim to pin on Avery. That's how absurd it gets.
