It sounds as though they are going after him on a legitimate law, but its sorta obscure and rarely enforced....makes it seem like a "witch hunt" just a little. 

The Repubs need to be careful with this, they cannot allow themselves to lower their behaviors down to the level of Democrats......

As I opined a few months ago, one of the Manafort indictments seemed to be centered on Ukraine activities. That involves a sh!tload of people (Biden, Clintons/Clinton Foundation, Kreig, etc.....) A river of money was running through Ukraine; most of it went to Dems.

These people were very sloppy and bold. They never thought she'd lose.

Bidens son Hunter was appointed to the board of directors of a Ukrainian gas company in 2014. He had no experience in the energy sector. Or had ever been to the Ukraine. No scandals.
