He used to throw for 10,000 yards a game and now that he is the coach I see him having his offense move fast and vertical. The only thing that worries me is the ineptitude of Frank Reich and Stanford. We need them to be competent on offense.

Actually out of our pool of 8 guys only 1 of them has one, which was years ago. They are all decent to good golfers. (5-13 handicaps) Sorta bizarre really. I keep thinking each year we are due to see one in the group and it just never happens.

Last week hit one I thought was perfect, landed short of the green. Next time I played that hole I clubbed up. Landed in the exact same spot. Lots of shots short. No idea why I'm losing power. Age, elevation, heat, humidity. No idea. Need to figure it out on the range I guess. Next time I'm near the last out at the club I migʻht just circle around and play the 3 pars over and over. That would count right? Lol.

I have stock yardages I hit on a simulator, but it can vary depending on weather conditions outside. I try to gauge things on the range before a round and then always see where I want to miss on a given hole. Add or subtract a club depending on where I would want to hit the next shot assuming I’m not putting

My dumbass was so excited, I tee the ball up on the next hole and pulled it left close to OB and damn near lost it. Was able to grab it and will be going in a glass case later awesome. I've never had one. Came close last October at a really difficult course... at least the greens are murderous and the slope is 136 I think... Stanton Ridge in NJ. Hole 12, 7 iron, front pin was probably playing 170. Landed just over the pin and slowly rolled back right past the hole, wound up 5 inches below. I then drove the green on 13 and proceeded to 3 putt for par Man, if I got one I would immediately put that ball in the golf bag valuables pouch!, glad you didn't lose it. WhiteWonder 2,820 Posted yesterday at 06:30 PM hole in ones are an odd thing. I know more bad golfers with them than I do decent-good golfers. Good golfers odds should be better because they are hitting more greens or landing the ball around the green for a lucky bounce more often but it seems to me that a good golfer is going to be hitting a lot of shots onto the green, 20 feet away, maybe the ball rolls a foot or two forward or spins back a foot. It's a good look at birdie but it has no real shot of going in the hole. Then you have the bad golfer who hits one thin, it lands 30 yards short of the green, rolls on and in the hole.
