My point exactly.

I'm glad you agree that Axe Elf Was Right about Gaskin being a scrub who wasn't worth drafting as a fantasy RB2.

Hell be ranked higher than 10 starting running backs!!

hes a scrub and not a number 2 back!!

lol. Again…nobody is coming to you for fantasy advice. You’re getting properly dragged on here.

Gaskin point totals in my league so far : 6, 4, 6, 0, 37. I’m thinking many of his owners didn’t get the benefit of his break out. I’d say AE is right on this one.

Sweetheart running back ones are ranked one through 12 because most people who don’t play in a dork league play with 12 people. 12 through 24 are running back twos. Therefore the range you claimed he falls in is running back two.

But right now he would qualify as a RB2.

Dude, as of this week you are wrong on that- it very well could be the only week or change going forward. Maybe instead of spending all that money on fantasy leagues you could buy a sense of humor?

He hasn’t been an rb2 four out of five weeks. I get that you want to go after AE on this, but using 4 bad weeks and one outlier to dig on him is not a true representation of how he has performed. Averages don’t tell the whole story.

You're right of course, but Axe did a victory lap after Uzomah's outlier week, so I'll allow it.

I don't know that there is any greater popularity for 12 team leagues than there is for 10--and virtually all Best Ball leagues are currently 10 teams.  But if you're excited because your RB24 is a legit RB2 in a 12 teamer, then you just get excited about different things than Axe Elf does, that's all.

Fantasy football can be viewed 2 ways- as a week to week process and as a totality of numbers at the end. Gaskin has been bad the first few weeks but right now would be #19 on the year. He does another week like this and he works his way back into lineups I'd imagine- especially as we fly through bye weeks.

And again- I'm just needling AxeElf for fun.

2 weeks later and time for an update

1.) Tre'Quan has been sighted. 1 catch on 3 targets. We will call it a LOSS

2.) Robby Anderson is now wide receiver #62 on the season. He moved up 2 big spots. LOSS

3.) Gaskin is RB #17 on the year right now. LOSING

4.) Uzomah is tight end #11. Close but...LOSING

5.) My auction team has had 2 bad weeks dropping me to 3-4 on the year. Last week I was up 50 heading into Monday Night but got swallowed up by the Josh Allen and Derrick Henry combo. Those 2 scored half of my opponent's point total for the week. Ugly. This week saw my team swamped up in Byemageddon. Better days are ahead. Still on track for the playoffs but I will be nice and give AxeElf a win this week WIN

1-4. Still not great.
