It's because I don't know the year. Not that it matters. Wildcards needn't have year designation. Bostonlager got in the habit of putting the year on wildcards so I followed suit. Maybe I'll just eliminate all the years at the end since, now that I think about it, it's pointless and looks tacky.

I 'm leaning towards looking up all the wildcard years at the end rather than eliminating the years from all the wildcards. It depends on how much homework I feel like doing when I tighten everything up at the end.  A couple years ago, I think I took my daily frustrations out on this board, just lashing out on everything. Since the pandemics hit, I don't go anywhere except the golf course and the bar so I don't have daily frustrations. I don't have the energy to get into pissing matches in the political threads anymore, so I mostly stick to the golf threads and the occasional ones like this.
