Yes exactly, that IS fine.  You're never going to be perfect, you don't win every sale, not every customer is always happy, this is business 101.  The goal is to have more wins than losses, not to have zero losses.  Losing customer is part of business.

I had a retard CEO once for a SAAS company I worked for that said "we cannot lose one customer", which was idiotic, because in order to not lose any customers, we would have pissed off MORE customers and lost a bunch of money.  He didn't get it.  After he was gone we switched to a better plan was to gain/retain strategic customers that serve our business better as a whole, and we did much better.

Monday's letter comes after Disney beat Wall Street expectations for its fiscal third quarter with adjusted earnings per share of $1.09, up 36% compared to the same period a year ago, on revenue of $21.5 billion, up 26% compared to a year ago.

Still, the company surpassed Netflix in streaming subscribers for the first time with a total of 221.1 million across its platforms. Disney continues to expect that Disney+ will become profitable in 2024. However, the company now anticipates that its total subscribers will fall to 215 million to 245 million by the end of fiscal 2024, compared to previous guidance of 230 million to 260 million.

Starting Dec. 8, Disney+ in the United States will cost $7.99 per month with ads and $10.99 per month without ads. Meanwhile, Hulu will cost $7.99 per month with ads and $14.99 without ads and ESPN+ will cost $9.99 per month with ads. 

Disney stock has climbed 15.32% in the past four days, marking the best four-day stretch since the four days ending March 26, 2020, when it rose 22.54%, according to Dow Jones Market Data. However, the company's shares are down approximately 20% year to date.

I did the same.  Of course as usual, HT is off base.

1) Disneyworld, not Disneyland

2) The article is a clear hack job.  The bulk of the article is reporting from a reddit thread.  I read the reddit thread, and yes there are some people complaining about stuff, but they are also being called out for being petty.  There are other people disputing their accounts, and the article doesn't take this into account.  Things like chipped paint, a dirty floor in their room, someone smoking, brown grass, etc.

I was there in August, same time this person was, and I didn't see any filth or any rude cast members

The people that usually post on the WDW subreddit are nitpicky about everything I've noticed.

3) Being woke has nothing to do with any of this.  In fact people claim that the new CEO in an effort to raise EPS is to blame, not wokeness.
