Capital Ones "The Match" - Tonight

Recommended Posts

Quote

Aaron Rodgers will team up with Tom Brady for a golfing showdown against Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen in Capital One’s “The Match” on Wednesday night from Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas.

This year’s event will be 12 holes. Seven of the 12 holes have challenges built in for charitable donations.

Last year, Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau took down Brady and Phil Mickelson. Now, Rodgers and Brady – who have seven NFL MVPs and eight Super Bowl titles between them – will team up against arguably the two best quarterbacks of the younger generation in the NFL.

Here’s how to watch Rodgers in “The Match” on Wednesday:

When: 5:30 p.m. CT
Channel: TNT
Simulcasts: HLN, truTV

Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, J.J. Watt, Trevor Immelman and Amanda Renner will cover the event for TNT.

Rodgers can't beat Brady, may as well join him.

Odds (via DraftKings Sportsbook)

Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers to win -190 (65.5 percent implied probability)

Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen to win +160 (38.5 percent implied probability)

I saw this earlier today and couldn't help thinking just how bad does gambling have a hold of you, when you are betting on QB's playing golf.

Normally if I wanted to watch terrible golf I could just watch me and my buddies on the weekend. Since Allen is playing I'll prolly watch a few holes though.

When Chuck was riding Brady and he sank a wedge from 150 yards that was pretty awesome.

All in all, it's the best thing the TV has to offer on this sad Wednesday night

Are you saying when you play with your buddies you look away?

Caddyshack 2 vibe without the pros. :dunno:

I'd love to throw a snickers in Tom's pool  (1 not 2, same thing)

Pat isn't just better at football than the other three, but better at golf as well.
