Jeff Probst 59 Posted February 3, 2023 PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One teenager was killed and another injured following two separate shootings in Philadelphia Thursday night. Police say a 17-year-old male was shot around 8:30 p.m. at 23rd and Titan streets not far from his Point Breeze home. Police say the shooter, and possibly a second shooter, fired more than 20 shots while chasing him. According to Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, the teen was shot multiple times in the chest. He was found lying next to his bicycle. The suspect is a young (15 to 35 yo) black man living in a Philly ghetto with gang affiliations. He has a Facebook page showing off tattoos, guns, and cash. Smokes weed, loves gangsta rap, and wants to defund the police.
