IMO, if you were define the general core of the "MAGA" crowd:

A group of people sick to their fukking eyeballs with:

1. crime in this country and a seemingly "Crime is perfectly okay" view that is had by a large chunk of the country
2. lifestyles and views that they disagree with that are being rammed down their throats, and then subsequently are being told "be more tolerant"

I'm conservative.  Call me MAGA if you want.  But to me...those are my sentiments and I think those are the things that anger most "MAGA" folks the most.   Obviously there are other things but I think those would top the list. 
I think #1 is KEY.  Maybe I'm wrong.  Just my opinion.
