The recount only counted total votes and didn’t forensically analyze the ballots. Biden won by less than 11k votes. Georgia’s mail-in ballot rejection rate in 2020 was low at about 0.24%. The historical average is 3%. It’s not a crime to ask to look into severe irregularities in ballot processes.
