But that being said there’s no way the Georgia trial takes place before the election. However I’m fairly confident the federal Jan 6 trial will take place and conclude before next summer.

If his home becomes his prison, I suppose I'd win the bet, but I think a Geek poll might be the best way to decide that, and I'll abide by whatever the decision, which I assume wouldn't go my way because of all the MAGA votes against me. I fully expect to pay $100 one way or another.

He can't be given actual jail time as long as he has Secret Service protection, so house arrest would be the only option unless the jail sentence somehow forfeits that protection (which I doubt it would, but I don't know for sure).
