Jakobi had a career year last year (fantasy wise) and gets reunited with McDaniels.  The Raiders traded Waller and talk is Renfrow might be let go.  If so, that makes Meyers the clear #2 target in their offense.  With Adams drawing the attention of defenses, that should give him a lot of opportunity.

Both Allen and Williams have had injury problems. Johnston might take a bit to fit in, but he's a good gamble at this point.

Great pick here Vikings! Lots of value for being taken here.

Jaylen Warren put up over 600 yards last year and often looked like Pittsburgh's best back.  Early camp reports say that the Steelers are trying to find ways to get him on the field.  He'll have some stand alone value, but if Harris goes down he could easily jump into low end RB1 territory.  At this point in the draft, we're all throwing darts at upside and I think he has it.

Warren was going to be my next pick, so instead I went with Miller given the uncertainty with Kamara's situation.

First snipe on Nico

First snipe in the 13th?  Consider yourself lucky.  I've been sniped at least three times.

With that said, I like the Collins pick.  With Cooks gone, he could easily step into the WR1 role in Houston.  And while their passing game is nothing to get excited about, snagging a teams potential WR1 in the 13th round is great value.

apologies, I was checking in all day and then had some stuff to do after work, so naturally thats when Shovel picked. Should have e-mailed Mike... my bad.

It wasn’t you WW, just seams like the whole day dragged on. Maybe folks are contemplating their choices more!

Bateman is a former first round pick, so the talent is there.  Baltimore has a new O-Coordinator and it's looking like they are going to pass more (I know, not difficult).  And Bateman was looking pretty good last year before his injuries.  If he can get (and stay) on the field, he has the potential to far out perform the WR6 spot he holds on my roster.

I had Bateman on my list, but I just don't know the volume is going to be there.

Hill's less valuable in PPR, but he's going to get his chances to score. At this point, that's probably more than you can say for any other TE.

You are correct.  With OBJ and Flowers in the fold, volume is a huge question mark, but I figured there are huge questions marks everywhere in the fourteenth round.

Hill's a worthwhile grab, especially when you have a solid TE like Kittle.  Lots of upside with him, especially if they use him outside of his TE position.

Considered taking baltimores dst last pick but, it’s a dst. I’ll be fine with whatever I take on my last “turn picks”. Gus Edwards felt like the best candidate for production with dobbins situation

Glad to see Hawkeye final getting his Bryce Young at 14.12 (not 13.12) LOL. Just fibbing you a tad!

Just scanning the draft and I'm enthused by the WR value that was available in the later rounds. Perhaps I'm to accustomed to Underdog where WRs are coming off the board at a faster clip. Gallup and Chark in Round 16 seem like great values.

Post Draft Self Analysis

Since we don't have Kirk doing an analysis

I like my team, overall. At the same time I am not in love with it. Starting WR/WR gave me a very nice duo but top to bottom, I don't feel like my WR group is special. Likely because I  quickly pivoted to a RB/RB combo in rounds 3 and 4. Pleased with Gibbs and Etienne but considering we still need to see Gibbs actually do his thing, James Cook feels like a less than ideal RB3 with McKinnon and Edwards being more best ball specialists, imo. I was able to get my preferred QB, but TE value didn't fall to me like it did in June. I'm not very high on Friermuth at all. I may actually be higher on Juwan Johnson with Derek Carr in town.

End of the day, I think I put together a very balanced team... opposite of my June Mock experiment... but may be lacking in studs outside of Diggs and Wilson. A lot will depend on how Detroit utilizes the weapon they have in Gibbs and if Etienne and Lawrence continue to take the next step, which I obviously believe they will.

If I were setting a lineup for week 1 it would look like

QB - Lawrence
RB - Gibbs
RB - Etienne
WR - Diggs
WR - Wilson
WR - Thomas
FLX - Aiyuk (Cook)
TE - Johnson (Friermuth)
DST - Jets

Cook could flex into Aiyuks spot (I think a healthy Thomas will be better) and Friermuth could easily be the TE.

good job everyone and good luck this year!

WR - DeVonta Smith

WR - Drake London

WR - Marquise Brown

TE - Kyle Pitts

Flex - Treylon Burks

DST - 49ers

RB - Zach Charbonnett

WR - Gabe Davis

RB - Tyler Allgeier

RB - D'Onta Foreman

QB - Bryce Young

TE - Dalton Kincaid

RB - Jeff Wilson Jr

Patrick Mahomes
Jimmy Garoppolo

Najee Harris
Dalvin Cook
Jamaal Williams
Rashaad Penny
Elijah Mitchell

Justin Jefferson
Deebo Samuel
D.J. Moore
JuJu Smith-Schuster
Quentin Johnston
Alec Pierce

George Kittle
Taysom Hill

Baltimore Ravens

Mahomes is Mahomes. Wish I'd gotten a better QB2, but they seems to be going rather high this year.

Less than thrilled with my RBs. Having a FA RB2 is a big gamble, though I do like my 3-5 backs.

WRs are very good. The top 3 could be a great combo.

Kittle's a top TE. Taysom's a backup with medium upside.

All in all, this is not a team I'm thrilled with, but I also can't really say I'd make different choices along the way.

QB:  Geno Smith, Anthony Richardson

RB:  Rhomandre Stevenson, Miles Sanders, Javonte Williams, Damian Harris, Jaylen Warren

WR:  Cooper Kupp, Chris Olave, Terry McClaurin, Jordan Addison, Jakobi Meyers, Rashod Bateman

TE:  Dallas Goedert, Mike Gesicki

DEF:  Dolphins

Not a particularly inspiring team, but I don't think it's bad.  Not overly thrilled with any position, although I do think my WR's can contend with any starting three in the league.  QB's are boom or bust.  RB's are meh, but they don't suck.  Goedert is solid and the Dolphins are a defense.

I would need a few things to fall right:  One of my QB's would need to step up.  The Patriots would need to NOT sign a RB and Williams would need to come back strong.  Oh...and Kupp would need to play a full season.
