Yeah the Covid money was cutoff so need to get it somewhere which will always be a challenge and always be contentious.

Your state went the route of charging millionaires. There’s different ways to go!

The article is vague on where the 523 million that they earmarked from the 1 billion this tax generated will actually be for the lunches. The rest is going to “transportation”. I’m sure they’ll spend it
