You left out one of the most ruthless gangs known.  For most of the year they are pretty silent, but they start making trouble late August, right around now, and the syndicate grows throughout fall, with some cells hanging around until Thanksgiving.  I'm talking about Count Chocula, Frankenberry and BooBerry.
