That would be the 14th Amendment. Perhaps you need to study the history of the civil rights movement and the necessity of the FBI investigating crimes in southern states.

I have to agree with you here. All they have to do is say “this is awful, it doesn’t represent anything we believe, one can be a conservative without being a white supremacist, etc.” That’s not a difficult argument to make, or at least it didn’t used to be. 

But instead they respond by posting examples of black on black crime, and black crimes in general. It’s almost as if they want to defend the shooter in this situation. Conservatives have gone completely over the bend these days.
