I wouldnt call it a kick. He was using his foot to try and get the dog to jump into the car (stepping over stumbling people need to get their eyes checked).  He clearly doesnt have command of the dog, and using your foot like that isnt advisable, probably trying not to get his hand bit.

Dogs need a pack leader, an alpha to have their place, to fit in, to be well trained.  The dog knows what many democrats cannot accept, Biden is no leader.  Given the lack of a leader this dog will never be well trained.

What nobody seems to get is that Biden probably spends a few minutes a day with the dog if that.  The dog barely knows him, and he probably doesn't even remember th dogs name.  It's a photo op.  Biden doesn't train the dog, he's a senile old man pretending to run the country.

So it's cool with you he buys a dog for photo ops and the dog roams around the white house or whereever biting people cause creepy joe won't get the dog trained.

That would be dangerous.  His "low-hanging fruit" may put the dog in mind of a chew toy or fetch articles.  Could be quite bad.  You simply don't dangle your boys in the face of a biter.

Think about it. And it's all true. He's lied all his life about everything under the sun, he showered with his daughter at an age she not only remembered it, she wrote about it in her diary at the time, he fondles children and is even on video pinching a little girl's nipple, and he flat out ignores one of his granddaughters while he invites others to the easter egg hunt party on the white house lawn just to rub it in. Not to mention him using his drug addled kid to help him make dirty money from foreign entities.
