MNF Discussion: Cowboys at Chargers

Recommended Posts

Chargers +1.5 at home vs. Cowgirls.

I got the Chargers and the over 51. Yikes, that's a lot of points!!

I think I'm falling for sucker bets but I'm up $600 this weekend so far and don't care.

Bet a wee bit on Chargers, but with very little faith. Think Dak is way over-rated and Dallas D a little over-rated, but.... Chargers D is putrid and their coach is about to get canned.  Mostly betting Herbert can single-handedly beat the Boys. If he does, it'll probably be close. Should be a good game.

Didn't bet over/under.  If Dallas wins, it's probably under. :dunno:

My prediction is Cowboys 26 Chargers 21.

However, I am almost always wrong, so you should be good with the Chargers and the over.

I'd be on the cowboys.  You don't get embarrassed on Sunday Night Football and then not show up on Monday night.

Plus, why on earth should we be giving the chargers any credit?  They lost to Tennessee and barely beat Minnesota and the Aidan O'Connell led Raiders.

The only thing the chargers have going for them in this spot is the rest advantage.

I'm kinda excited about this game. splitting between the Blackhawk game and this is a bltch. No easy transition between the 2 on my TV.

I also need 25 points from Herbert and Keenan Allen combined for the win in my league.

Just got 13.2 of those points in that one play.

That was quick.

Ekeler looked dang good on the catch and run... showed patience and vision. No wonder he so good.

The old throw it and catch it yourself and run 10 yards for the first down play.

Then an unsportsmanlike conduct on Dallas.

Then a hands to the face on Dallas. 😆

Poorly disciplined and coached defense with the too many men, personal foul and holding. Not a good look Mike M

When Mike Williams went down, I figured Quentin Johnston would be a good pickup. Ya know, the Chargers 6'4" 1st round pick...

He's got 1 target for nothing tonight and hasn't done much all season either. Don't know if he's a poor route runner or what the deal is, but clearly has zero chemistry with Herbert.

For all of the offensive talent on these two teams, 10-10 is a disappointment.

I get that the Chargers are facing an elite Dallas, but what is the Cowboy's excuse on offense?

My instinct is to say Dak... but he's actually looked decent tonight.  Credit Chargers defense for getting pressure and stopping the run. Didn't think they could.

That was a fun play (catch and spin by Pollard for 60 yards) to watch. Go Cowboys!
