I ate a gram of mushrooms a few weeks ago. I had to clean the house top to bottom to keep my mind from freaking out. I do not like the loss of control. Spiritual journey while sober and meditating, yes. Also moving energy through my meridians, communicating with higher self and God. Heart brain coherence.
