Horseman 2,799 Posted May 17, 2024 6 hours ago, Gepetto said: https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl-fans-us-must-pay-162401014.html NFL fans in US must pay $1,600 a year to watch every game after Netflix addition Viewers will need a cable or YouTube TV subscription as well as Sunday Ticket, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock, ESPN+, NFL+ and Netflix. Cord-cutting fans will need to subscribe to all seven services to get access to the entire 2024 NFL slate, with a price tag about $1,600 based on last season’s pricing and Netflix’s current cheapest offering. That figure does not include the cost of an internet service necessary to run a streaming-only option. According to OpenVault, the average price Americans paid for internet service in 2022 was $64 a month. That will push the total outlay over $2,000 to cover the NFL’s regular season, playoffs and Super Bowl. It will be even more expensive for cable subscribers, who will still need to subscribe to NFL+, ESPN+, Peacock, Amazon Prime and Netflix on top of their cable subscription to be able to watch the league in its entirety. Four streaming platforms will have exclusive games in 2024. Need to wait until I get home to mess around with the VPN and see if you can still get GamePass International or if it's all moved over to DAZN. That's one way to make sure you get all the games for one reasonable price. Quote How to watch the NFL on DAZN: Live stream info Every NFL game during the 2024 regular season and playoffs — including the Super Bowl — is available worldwide on DAZN, excluding the United States and China . DAZN is the only place to watch NFL Game Pass International, with access to every regular-season NFL game and every playoff matchup. That's 335 games per season, and each game is available live* and on demand. Not sure what the price is, but, it will be a lot less than $1,600. lolz

The biggest mistake they’re making is putting the full cost of YouTube TV w/Sunday Ticket which is over $1200 alone ($876 + $349), but you can get just Sunday Ticket for $449. YouTube TV + Sunday Ticket - $1225 Prime - $139 ESPN+ - $110 Netflix - $84 Peacock - $60 NFL+ - $40 Total $1658. But without a YouTube TV subscription it would be $842. And you could also save a few bucks on the others by just subscribing monthly during the season and not the whole year.

GutterBoy 2,900 Posted May 18, 2024 Who wants to or has time to watch every single NFL game? RedZone, local stations, prime, Netflix, peacock for 4 months which most of us likely all have anyway. Or you can cry and watch PBS.

I actually prefer RedZone. I'll defer if it's my team or if it's a Prime Time game.

I lost red zone when it went from directv to YouTube, and didn't pay this season to get it. I missed watching football that way. Yes, Netflix, yes nfl network, yes locals, and my wife has prime so most of the time I'm getting to watch any game i want. If they do another playoff game on peacock this year, I'll only likely have it because I bought peacock to watching today's KU game. But otherwise, it's getting a bit ridiculous. The biggest one to suffer is my son in college who doesn't get sh1t but streaming in his form. Him, and old people.

dogcows 1,357 Posted Saturday at 06:31 PM I have no problem paying for a good streaming service. But when they sell only one game to a service… heck no I’m not gonna subscribe just for one game! One other tip: if you want to watch Thursday Night Football, you don’t need Prime. They offer it for free on Twitch which Amazon owns. I open Twitch on my phone and airplay it to my TV.
