I they they get disbarred and I think the state takes action against them.  This court is not the appropriate authority to punish them.  They had so many rules and ethics violations.  Fani should not have been the one giving him the contract and Fani certainly should not have been the one approving his hours.   And then lying on the forms about gifts.   Those are all terrible, but then to commit perjury to cover it up, and threaten witnesses really starting to pile up felonies.

No the judge didn't say that, you larping idiot.  Stop pretending you know the law.  The judge didn't dismiss the phone call as a nothing burger.

The charges were dropped related to defendants asking officials to violate the Constitution, because it wasn't clear in the indictment what part of the Constitution they were asked to violate.

The can resubmit the charges with more clarity if they want.
