On Jan. 6, 2021, Julian Khater used a can of bear spray to attack Capitol Police officers who were trying to hold the line against attackers. One of the officers Khater sprayed was Brian Sicknick, who died the next day after suffering a stroke.

Last year, Khater pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting, resisting or impeding officers with a dangerous weapon, and earlier this year he was sentenced to more than six years in prison.

Presumably, he is one of the “Jan. 6 hostages” that Donald Trump says he will set free on his first day back in office, should he be elected in November, per a social media post that reads, "My first acts as your next President will be to Close the Border, DRILL, BABY, DRILL, and Free the January 6 Hostages being wrongfully imprisoned!"

2.  BLM riots were not instigated by the FBI operatives in history will prove was a false flag/Reichstag event.  

3.  The vast majority were grossly overcharged by using statues which do not apply to elevate very minor misdemeanor offenses into serious felony charges.   The SC is close to overturning many of these sentences.

I do not accept that replicating bad behaviors is a way to exist.....

Doing it because the Democrats did it does not make it right or OK.....Democrats are NOT what we should be emulating.....at all....period....

They were still grossly overcharged in the vast majority of cases.  Entering a public building and doing no physical crime should not elevate to a felony over some bogus application of law created to criminalize banks for destroying evidence.

They've already endured four years more of Biden 'justice' than the BLM rioters did. Enough already. The vast majority didn't do anything wrong and the one that commited the worst of the offenses from Jan 6th, assaulting police or whatever, four years is sufficuent.

I respectfully disagree.

The BLM criminals should have been arrested......and still be in jail....and outcome denied to serve political interests of the Democrats......

Allowing ourselves the luxury to " do it too" is no way to live.  We are better than this, we should not allow ourselves to become the despicable.....it wont be easy.   We essentially have to allow the children to act up......and deny ourselves any commensurate behaviors....but that is what it means to be an adult

My friend got a lot more than four years for assaulting a capital hill “police” officer on Jan 6. He definitely earned his conviction. No way he should have gotten 10 years plus. That’s way out of whack.
