Why would I care to mention Pense or not.  He is on the side of the bootlickers too.   It is all the same crime of willfully retaining classified documents.   Trump arguing that he has the rights to those documents under the Presidential Records Act does not elevate the crime into something else.  Unlike Hillary who did actual obstruction of justice by destroying her servers, Trump's refusal to turn over the documents had a well-grounded legal basis.  Exercising your legal rights under the law is not obstruction, it is due process.

And yeah, my main concern is about being fair.  Or more specifically, not weaponizing the court system against the opposition candidate for president.  But hey, paying off a porn star 8 years ago is election interference, we need to stop the OMB.

They explained very thoroughly why Hillary or Biden was not charged and in Biden’s case they went out of their way to draw comparison and even explain as to why Donald was.

In Trump’s case he was charged because they allege they have proof that he was actively working to hide that he had these docs and to obstruct the investigation. He talked about it to people
