Yes, this is true.  I doubt she had the plethora of issues that Joe has shown over the years.  I submit that she will come with a much better mental capacity. She should have some zingers as should Trump.

Her issue remains credibility.  While all politicians are liars she tends to lie less well....her ability to lie without playing her cards is not that well developed yet.

I'm guessing the one thing she will avoid is the cackling and smiling which would be a game over for her. The prep liberal handlers will try to make her angry or something to that affect, like they did with biden. Her words won't matter much, her policies won't matter much, as the left is all in on her anyway and she will lie and say similar things to what Trump will say he stands for. Of course what she would implement would be 100% different than what she says but liberals don't care.  They just don't want her to lose it. No word salad like "Ukraine is a country in Europe. Russia is a bigger country in Europe." kind of crap. Those are the only two things she needs to avoid. The lying is incumbent for these current day liberals.

That's fine to feel confident but there are enough warning signs in polling and everything to say that maybe you need to adopt more of a wait and see type approach to all of this. Kamala needs to do well tonight defining herself and her policies. She needs to put together a marketing blitz too. Spend that war chest she has. I'm in a battleground state and I've seen more Trump ads by probably a 3 to 1 margin

Yes, she will lie, and there will be no shortage of people who suckle at her lies as they have been indoctrinated to do.

These two are vying for those in the middle, being able to sway those folks for Harris means hiding who she really is to the fullest extent possible and portraying herself as a moderate.....Sanders calls this form of lying "pragmatism". 

Trump will attempt to tie her to the Biden admin, which is meh....she was just the warm body in case, not like she had any involvement in anything other than parroting what she was told....but we should understand she would be every bit as bad as Biden was, and likely worse.

Why should I take a wait and see approach? Will it make me feel better if she loses? Will my detractors here be a little more kind to me if that happens? 

If she loses she loses and we move on. All of us will suffer if that happens, Trump fans included. But in the meantime why not be happy and optimistic? There are far more hopeful signs than warning signs. Life is good and it’s far too short.

He is a solid leader who is effective in securing the best outcomes for the people of this nation.  Protecting us from the rest of the world is what we need and should expect.  He will unwind the destructive policies that have harmed so many people....needlessly, and restore policies that hopefully get those people back to a good place, as they were when he was in office.

Her issue is that in some respects she is JV squad. She has improved quite a bit over the last four years (a surprise to me), but still would not be a traditionally “strong” candidate in many ways.

But she’s going against a guy that is entirely unfit for office. So being maybe a little shaky in some areas is not the death knell it might typically have been.

Be interesting to see how it all shakes out. I can’t believe that there’s even a chance this completely awful con man could even have a shot—it makes me think we’re pretty well focked regardless of the actual outcome, that Americans are this stupid and/or craven—but he most certainly does, and is in fact the favorite right now.
