Not ONLY, any time someone under 35 randomly dies the first post is asking/saying something about the vaccine, how many vaccines, etc. 

Now I see posts that suicide is a result of Covid/long Covid? Suicidal ideation?

I’m sorry but your first post with your JFC was clearly insinuating that people think or act like those types of events only happen because of vaccines.

Sorry, no, Grayson struggled with anxiety and depression, and at least a past history of alcohol abuse.

IMO, with Fauci and the rest of society trying to get Trump to get it fast tracked, and then Biden making it free to everyone, I can't say any of that is Trumps fault. It overlapped in a terrible time. 

So, if it was part cyanide and Drakar Noir, it's not Trumps fault. Covid was handled terribly by a LOT of people across two presidencies, across several states, it's' really hard to blame any one admin, at least in my opinion.

I think the shot is fine and accept that it was fast tracked and def liked that it was free.

But as for the rest, yes they both deserve credit. Trump got that vaccine out in an incredible amount of time. He also staved off a depression with substantial and immediate stimulus.

Biden then continued that on and brought us to a “soft landing” with no huge economic collapse.

It’s impressive and they both should be proud. Sure inflation was a problem for a year or two and it still needs to shave another half a percent, but compared to a Great Depression-style collapse (or even the Great Recession, which dragged on for years and years), this was definitely a preferable outcome.

Eh, I don't think it's all MAGA garbage. Perhaps some of it. 

But knowing what we know now about Covid, the 6ft apart stuff and how it was "made up" and vaccine information now that it's been a few years, I am not sure that I am willing to just write it all off as "MAGA garbage." 

I've read a few peer reviewed medical studies about this stuff, and it's really kind of scary. Knowing what I know now about some of it, I wouldn't have gotten my family the vaccine. Is it causation? No. Is there a bit of correlation? Mmm....perhaps. It's odd that it all happened around the time that a very very large number of humans were getting a new vaccine, kind of like a large human-trial. 

If you'd like to call that MAGA garbage, that's cool. I don't care. I am one of those that actually reads and does research, I don't rely on the Geek Club or Tik Tok.

Again, my point was that no one seems to claim that thrombolytic events only happen because of "the jab" but that was your insinuation and you seemed ticked off about it. 

In this thread about a golfer who passed away, I made a vaccine joke (again, not something I normally do) and then there was some commentary that perhaps it wasn't suicide and maybe was a cardiac issue. First serious mentions of vaxx was from TimHauck and now the thread has devolved into vaxx discussion.

You’re right that people weren’t making that claim in this thread specifically, but it is done often in the Covid thread, mostly by @lod001 and @lickin_starfish.  The usual suspects on social media did try blaming the vax however, which was also called out earlier in the thread (not by me I’ll point out) but you’re probably also right that no one should read social media.

Since this thread got derailed,  I will say it has always amused me how no one mentions the timing of Pfizer's announcement of their 90% effective vaccine... which came on the first business day after Biden and Harris were announced the pres and vice pres elect by media outlets. 

I'm not a big conspiracy theory guy but anyone who thinks that information wasn't ready a month beforehand and purposely sat on is kidding themselves.

I don't read the covid thread or any political threads, so I guess my point here is why bring the back and forth garbage into a golf/sports centric thread. Even with your unnecessary post, the thread had not devolved until TNG came in barking at phantoms.
