General Thoughts

- Biden was more or less what he has shown to be, nothing surprising about him
- Trump was helped considerably by the format, preventing him from coming across as strongly as a blowhard; so big thanks to CNN 
- Trump still fell below my expectations slightly, not answering some questions, kept going back to other topics, but overall did well enough I think
- The moderators did a pretty good job of not making it about them

This debate was a deliriously happy occasion, from the first minute to the last and savoring each juicy minute in between, like few I've felt in my lifetime.

Trump vs Biden gave me flashbacks of two other delectable occasions.

My God, I hated the Colorado Avalanche. This brought to mind how joyous I felt while watching the Detroit Red Wings constantly lighting up the despised Patrick Roy and that nemesis Colorado team with goal-after-goal in their uncompetitive 7-0 Game Seven blowout in 2002 on their way to the Stanley Cup Championship. That game was a party from A-to-Z.

It also triggered wonderful memories of that blowout 30-point beatdown in the Game Five elimination that the Pistons inflicted on the "Greatest Lakers Team Ever Assembled" in 2004, when we broke the back of the Shaq/Kobe era Lakers permanently. Now, unlike the Avalanche I had no animosity towards the Lakers nor Shaq nor Kobe, I did and do respect them. But not everyone on that team. That team also included a pair of butt nugget incompetent free agent signings: Gary Payton and Karl Malone. These two had never won sh*t in their careers and so were trying to cheese their unworthy asses to a late career championship by riding the coattails of the actual greatness of two other players. Instead what happened is they both got outmatched like clowns, were totally outplayed, failed miserably, and the total suckage of these two dingleberry free agents were biggest reasons the Pistons pulverized the Lakers. Chauncey Billups' five games of total and complete ownage of Gary Payton earned him series MVP.

This is just dishonest.  You saw CNN and MSNBC both saying how awful Biden was. But was like a funeral.  They both said that this could be the end for Biden.  Thats honesty.

Newsome is tossed around, he is likely worse than Biden....and it could be true that the Democrat monolith does not think it can control him.

Hillary has made sure to hand around enough to suggest they could try her, though I doubt it....

I watched maybe 5 minutes and saw Joe coming off as badly as I've seen him look in a debate and Trump lying through his teeth multiple times.

I thought what I've thought for the past 4 or 5 months now; "In the greatest country in the world- these two guys are the best options we can come up with for President?" 

All reports say Biden came off better in the last 10-15 minutes then he did prior to that but I was watching Beverly Hills Cop II by that point.
