If you break into someone's house and attack them with a hammer there is a pretty solid chance you are trying to kill them. Maybe not in the most effective manner but still....

C'mon- be the centrist here you claim to be.

Hey Inspector Gadget, you sure he owned his own home?  Maybe his parents house?

I have a mushroom infestation in my yard.  I don't know what that makes me except in need of a run to the Home Depot.

The stories come and go fast so it is sometimes difficult to keep up, but my memory is David Depape said he ws there to hld Nancy hostage and to maybe break her legs (Knees).  His attack on Paul was just last minute lashing out.  As for Paul ansering the door in his underware and with a drink in his hand at that time of might I answer my door buck naked with a joint in my hand and a gun in the other.

Most people are doing better now than they were in 2020. But we are all still suffering because of Trump’s terrible decisions and policies that destroyed the Obama prosperity.

401k and brokerage account busting at the seams ✅

Job doing well ✅

House value up, up ✅

Friends and family all doing well too. What a country! Didn’t realize it was doing so badly.

Just spent all day flying. Airports packed to the gills. Hotel I stayed in was 100% capacity. People seemed to be living it up as far as I could tell.

HT was and several other folks, kept saying he invited his attacker over for a gay tryst (so they claimed it was his fault).  And Trump expressed no sympathy for Paul Pelosi's injuries and joked about the hammer attack at his rallies.

Just because you choose to assume what they meant "so they claimed it was his fault", it doesn't mean that it's true.

Why does that matter?  The perpetrator said it was politically motivated and that Nancy was the target.  The point is some of the same people blaming “rhetoric” for the Trump shooting denied that “rhetoric” could have played a role in Pelosi’s attack (not to mention they continue to make light of it)

Yeah you’re most likely right for once here, congrats.

Maybe his TDS came from being abused by his MAGA dad?

Says the guy who wants to base motives off what the kid registered probably when he graduated high school and possibly a yard sign while ignoring that he tried to kill the guy.

At least we know we'll get a clean, thorough, and transparent investigation from the same organization that buried the hunter laptop story.

I generally don't believe conspiracy theories, but this keeps getting more and more interesting.  Dude was on the roof for 20 minutes?  SS was told he was there?  SS was inside the building he was sitting on?

Not sure how much of this is true.

Truth is usually stranger than fiction.

Conservatives have assured us that rhetoric doesn’t matter at all, so yeah … for them to cry crocodile tears over werdz now is laughable and they can suck it.

See how that works?

Oh no, you see the liberal wet dream came true today.....so now, since we have an example, we have to assume rhetoric is a factor, right? Or.....is it only "true" if you can point to something...elsewhere?🤔

I’ve also heard it was a Pennsylvania State Trooper that got the guy?

What did you say in response to those who claimed Trump's words on January 6th helped lead to the insurrection?

What was your comment when Trump liked and promoted a Tweet with someone having a tailgate depicting Biden being hogtied and gagged?

I think this recent event suggests that could be true.

I have no problem with Trump liking a post about Biden tied up on a tailgate.

Progress then on the first one.

I mean- Trump liking that post had potential to lead to something every bad. It didn't, but that doesn't make it okay. Especially in a world where we had people planning something very similar against the governor of Michigan (something too that many people on the right here laughed about)

Not progress.  It called being an adult, when new information arises that might contest your position, you need to reconsider your position. I understand this is not something liberals understand, but this is how adults behave.

I think had Trump posted that pic of Biden I might consider it differently, but I sorta still see it as funny.  How, had that pic been of like....beheading Biden I probably would have an issue with it.

No an adult has a sense of right and wrong in every moment and doesn't necessarily need something to happen 3 and a half years later to make them say "Hey maybe that bad thing was actually bad." I understand this is something you don't understand.

So then the people on here posting the picture of Trump with a target on his head are just overreacting...because maybe it is sort of funny.

No, adults consider the world and adjust their position accordingly.  That you find this "progress" instead of simply "gown up" highlights what I see from liberals all the time, anything that challenges what they believe is labelled "evil" or "conspiracy".  Hell, they cant even take the fact that their actions likely led to this, and have been on the air these last days spinning hard as hell to point it back to Trump! MSNBC was so worried that their propogandists could not handle it, they shut down Morning Joe.....

So now we have "evidence" that political rhetoric can result in violence, and the political animals are changing their game right now to address this.
