It sounds just like him.  (Just like the "Johnny Cash" rendition of the Barbie song does sound almost exactly like Johnny Cash singing it). People can use this technology not just for fun but also to put words in the mouth of the politician you hate most.

We've already been through this.  Trump was in the process of weakening NATO and Putin knew he had Trump in his back pocket.  He was hoping that Trump would end up scrapping NATO so he could just take Ukraine without a fight.  Putin is not scared of Trump, he knows Trump will give him Ukraine and end the war.  We all know this.  Trump has said this.

No.  First I need to correct something, money didn't flow into NATO, that's not how it works.

NATO countries pledge to spend money on defense of their nation for the good of NATO.  The guideline is 2% of GDP.  I know Trump likes to use the term delinquent, it's not delinquent.

So NATO countries spend money on defense, and NATO as a whole wasn't spending a lot following the fall of the USSR.

Then in 2014, when Russia invaded Ukraine, NATO perked up and defense spending increased.  Then in 2022, you see the hockey stick, because again Russia.

I know Trump like to take credit, but he doesn't even understand how NATO works, by his own admission.
