Jefferson's Wr 5 discount isn't enough for unknown (likely bad) Qb play and possible reinjury of the hammy which was serious enough to cost him 7 games last year. Addison has the same Qb problem, along with a pending suspension. And nobody knows when Hockenson will return from his torn ACL & MCL or to what form. Still too many question marks IMO. yeah, with McCarthy you are likely looking at 1 full year minimum until hes ready to start and be effective at the position. he may start this year (likely by mid season) but I doubt hes overly effective as a rookie.
