Dice roll for picking your own draft spot. I've never done that before, and I don't recall doing that last year. I just missed the memo on that one. I'm just happy to be in a Geek league and look forward to not making the playoffs again this year. The expertise level here is a few steps up from the players in my main league. They're all a bunch of Harley biker types. A client - a biker who works in a Harley dealership - got me into the league. I'm quiet and lay low, usually making the final game every year.
