He is either doing bad things in the view from the left, by deporting more illegal immigrants than Biden, or he's deporting fewer and therefore is in their argument a fraud. There is no coherent argument to make in tandem because to claim both can't be reality. In my opinion the numbers say that the truth is that he has deported less per day than Biden so far, but has significantly curtailed illegal entries to a trickle, therefore reducing the numbers of deportations needed to reduce the net numbers of illegal immigrants in the country. I'd also further say if one wants to make it about race, he's actually focusing on the criminal element rather than random selections to this point. That would tell me it isn't at all about race but trying to eliminate the violent elements. The argument that innocents are getting swept up in these raids are largely people who are living in the same households with these folks, so it's a necessary situation.
