I’m going to go on record and say I’m against what Jack Smith did here. While I appreciate that he feels the public has a right to have this information, it goes against DOJ precedent. This is the same thing we complained about Comey doing to Clinton in the run up to the 2016 election.

Maybe I’m just kinda tuned out but I didn’t really hear about any bombshells here. We already know all this stuff. Don’t get me wrong, Trump is a POS who should be a felon and should never hold office again, but this kinda seems like old news to me

What is new about this is that these actions of his were done while he was a candidate and not as POTUS (which are immune from prosecution per SCOTUS).
