I honestly don't know where Baier sits on the Trump spectrum, so I don't know if he'll be out for blood or just trying to look like an objective journalist.  My guess is the latter, and that that worked into the Team Kamala calculation.

Baier is absolutely a conservative but is a highly respected and impartial interviewer or debate moderator.  He is the most fair person either of these candidates will interact with from the media during this election.  He will ask tough but fair questions of her.  It should be an enlightening interview.  She won't be able to claim ambush and will have to stand by her answers.
