Putting an estimated value on a property supported by appraisers on a financial statement is not a crime and has never been prosecuted before.   Putting a memo from a pulldown menu which describes a payment to a lawyer is not a crime and os an action which has never been prosecuted.   Using your authority to target a political opponent for non-crimes is criminal.  Fock her.  Prosecute her.   Malicious prosecution is a crime.
