January 6, 2021 American heroes spoke and the country listened.

Recommended Posts

It was an historic day showing Americans speaking out to protect democracy and call out the cheating that the Democrats displayed widely in the 2020 presidential election.

These brave everyday Americans said "No. We will not allow this corruption to go on unnoticed!" And they made a statement that day. And since then they have been mistreated by that very same corrupt democratic party. But they can feel proud today, as they opened the eyes of all Americans, and the 2024 election went off without a hitch.

'Thank you' to all you brave Americans who gave up your freedoms to help secure our votes and make sure they count as they should. May you all be pardoned soon and paid restitution for your heroic actions on that momentous day in American history.

God bless America
Land that I love
Stand beside her
And guide her
Through the night
With the light
From above
From the mountains
To the prairies
To the oceans
White with foam
God bless America
My home sweet home

Curious, what do you think would be resonable restitution?  How much per case, or peer days served in jail?  How much is that in total for all the convicted?Would we add back legal fees spent on defense as well?  How much would that amount to?

Sure.

I am simply curious as to the toal amount of this restitution.  To my memory some 1400 charges have been filed and some 500 convictions obtained were folks have served or are serving jail time.  Also there has been probation and house arrest for some others.  I am guessing once the subject of restitution is broached that each sentenced individual who served jail time will make a compelling argument that it was unpleasant and that the compensation should be substantial. I just want some picture of the total amount.  Will it be millions, billions, tens of billions?

What would you expect if you did a minor infraction for a good cause and was thrown in jail for 4 years?

Yes congrats, you showed people how a nation under a corrupt government like the one in the US, should act.  Attack.  Children learned do much.   Indeed

Revelation 20:12.  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God, and the Book was opened, and another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life, and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the Books, according to their works.  Indeed

Good works, equals , acceptance of Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.  Amen Thanks

For an infraction I voluntarily undertook I would expect nothing.  That is the chance I took.  for being wrongfully convicted had I not violated any law I would expect legal defense costs, lost wages, compensation for lost consortium with my spouse and lost parenting time with my children, and for general pain and suffering and perhaps exemplary damages as well.

Legal Defense ....$50,000

Lost wages .....$800,000

Lost consortium ....say 600 times each valued above what Matt Gaetz was paying so say $1000 per time for a total of $600,000

Lost parenting opportunity .... well at least equal to lost consortium time so say another $600,000

General pain and suffering of confinement, bad food, boredom, poor and unsanitary living conditions, possibility of rape and beatings say $800,000 absent assault and rape and add in $50,000 per each assault and $1,000,000 for each rape.  Me, I' pretty capable so may only assualted oncve and folks learn their lesson and no rapes so say a total, for me, of $850,000.

Exempalary damages so it does not occur again to others, say another $1.000,000.

Mayber a total of around $3,300,000.  Though I would hold out for more.

Depending on the size of your family and if what you did in the fray was take a podium home with you, then yeah. Minus the cost of the podium. Give Nancy a backhanded apology and a middle finger.

Lots of dirt coming out about the guard that killed Ashli Babbit. Suspensions, failed firearms training, referred for arrest in Maryland for shooting at a car, left his gun unattended in a bathroom, and most importantly, failed an FBI background to purchase a weapon. This is just coming out now? Libtards are good with it.  They should promote him again.

Most of the punishments that were handed out for Jan 6 are an embarrassment to justice.

Who was trying to lead a mob into the House Chambers to kill Pelosi, Pence, AOC and anyone else they could get their hands on. Plus she had a folding knife, so she wasn't unarmed.

I watched the video and saw a small crowd.  I did not see a mob.

Trump will probably pardon this "American hero" too.

https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1860363946508665011

A Trump supporter who was among the first rioters to breach the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 has been convicted of plotting to kill the FBI special agents who investigated him over his crimes at the Capitol.

Edward Kelley is also an anti-abortion extremist.

Says a fuking lowlife bootlicker.  Sure there were turds in the group of 40,000.  But the group of 1400 arrested, there were lawyers, reporters, policemen, .ministers. teachers, veterans, engineers, doctors, and a whole bunch of people who never been arrested in their lives.  A fuking real American would be more concerned about a government which:

infiltrates citizen groups

plants phoney pipe bombs

hires instigators

intentionally sets up lax security and refuses additional support

destroys evidences

rigs committees to be one-sided

hides exclulpatory evidences

provides propaganda to the media

unnecessary escalates crowd violence by shooting pellets and teargas into what was a peaceful crowd

shoot an unarmed woman

So fuk you if i defend Americans who were mostly peaceful and were entrapped into a staged event.  And fuk you for bootlicking for the lying deep state bastards who orchestrated this.  I stand up for citizens who are being abused by authoritarians.

Great points.

Not worried about the Joe Biden approved border invasion, but instead he is worried about a bunch of dopes getting a free tour of what their taxes are paying for.

They were entrapped into beating Capitol Police with clubs, baseball bats, flagpoles, bear spray, etc? Really?

Funny that none of their attorneys raised the entrapment defense for the violence committed against LEO's. Wonder why.
