Sausage McMuffin with Egg and a Hashbrown - placed inside. Honestly, two of those. Always eating this after I was shitcanned and love it.

Outside of those, and I start by saying, I am not anti-fastfood and I have enjoy it from time to time for years. The last few visits however have been pretty awful even with low expectations. I doubt my pallet has improved, I think they have finally squeezed so much out of the crap to save pennies it has reached the tipping point
